first day of class. I also have read and understand the General Policies. I will bring a
copy of my dog's current Rabies and Bordetella vaccine with my release form. I
understand that I am responsible for my dog’s behavior at all times while on the
property of The Club at Shenandoah Springs. I further understand that any aggressive
behavior, towards dogs or humans, will not be tolerated.
